I didn't see any pics, but it's listed as the uber-rare ”1985 Fiero ES”.

The description, however, reads, ”1984 Pontiac Fiero listed as one of the worst cars ever built and the only mid engine ever built by GM but runs great and is a load of fun. Good on gas. This is a 4 Cyl so no chance of busting into flames like the V6 did. Come on young man impress everyone.”

I thought the 4-cylinder models were the main Fieros catching on fire.

Maybe the price is in yen, because ye'not gonna come across that very often.

This Seller needs to get their facts straight. It's most likely a SE not an ES and it was only the 4 cylinder engines that had inadequate 3 quart capacity oil pans and defective connecting rods that led to the engine fires. Internet posts state 260 of the first year production of 110,000 four cylinder cars had engine bay fires. The V6's never had the problem and like the Ford Pinto, the Fiero overall has a better than average fire record compared to most other cars. The Seller criticizes their high mileage Fiero then asks $3,000 for it? Not too bright sales strategy.

Kijiji should have a breathalyzer as part of the log-on process.
