I was reading a magazine about the CEO of GM, Mary Barra and her bio.

Her 1st gig at GM? She was an engineer at the Fiero plant as a Quality Inspector. She has a degree in electrical engineering.

I was reading that she actually owned a black manual Fiero while she worked at the Fiero plant. When the plant shut down in, GM had her on a fellowship to get her MBA.

I think she quite interesting career at GM of all the other things she has done at GM, now being the CEO and Chair of the Board.

But getting her start with a Fiero is pretty cool.

That's interesting, maybe we can convince her to bring them back.

GM needs an intro sports car and a new Fiero would fill the spot. It's not like anyone considers a Cruz hatchback or a Sonic/Spark to be desirable sports cars..
Motortrend? even posted an article requesting a Chevy Fiero.

Fiero - youngsters and college grads
Camaro - family sports car (has rear seats... even though they're for insurance purposes only)
Corvette - empty nesters.

She posts on Facebook often, I have posted on her threads about bringing back the Fiero, as well as Pontiac. While she was the HR VP for GM, her Administrative Assistant called me and asked me to send my resume. I did eventually interview with them, but no offer.

This caught their attention: https://www.bloomberg.com/n...-pontiac-up-for-sale
