I sent a letter to the SEB about getting the Fiero allowed in CAM-S. If you're interested, it would help to send a letter asking for the same. Here's what I sent.
The Fiero currently has no class in which it is realistically competitive. Street and ST classes are dominated by far more modern vehicles and the Fiero is held back by its anemic engine. Swapping the engine puts the Fiero in SSM or a P class, neither of which is realistic for the car. Aside from the "Front engine" restriction, the Fiero fits perfectly into CAM-S. Furthermore, while CAM requires "front engine" cars that are mid engine such as the Cobra (and copies) are already legal for CAM. Swapping in more modern engines such as the GM 3800 engine is extremely popular in the Fiero community and allowing these cars in CAM-S will open the door for a great number of Fiero enthusiasts to compete with their cars.
