IMO, these are respectable numbers, especially when taken at the wheels.

Your shift points are probably off due to new rims if you have them. When I put 18's on my Fiero my 3800sc 4t65 would hit the limited before upshifting at WOT!! Drove me nuts! I had it tuned out but it's because of the rims. Anyway... I can't wait to dyno my 3800 turbo Fiero... Next couple months hopefully!

How much did the overall tire diameter change when you went to the 18" wheels?

Bone stock LS4s in the W-bodies typically dyno 235-245 whp, so you are up 40-50 whp from that.

Do you know what the modifications were?

Nice! My latest round of dyno tuning was 270hp and 320tq. Series II, 5speed.

Getting it set up so I can run E85 now.

Reasonable set of numbers for that combo IMHO. I have a stock 3800 SC Series II (3.4" pulley) with the Getrag 282 transmission and my numbers were around 258 HP and 300 ft lbs torque.

Yeah those were pretty much my numbers before I put the 3.4 pulley.
Definitely decent numbers in our cars.

Hopefully the shift points can be adjusted and get your car 300 at the wheels.

"Shift points" have absolutely no bearing on peak numbers. Final drive ratio in the tranny, differential ratio and tire size do.
