Unless something changed recently...
Clock on top of threads are just a Flash clock that reads local time and means nothing.
Time Stamping are EDT or EST for every post.

Not sure if server is set to auto time change or if it has "new" US dates for the change.

If I remember correctly, the US changes to DST a couple of weeks before everyone else. Because that's how we are.

Nope. Date of time switches are not standard world wide. (Is why MS updates Time rules for Windows often.)
Like two US states, many Countries don't bother.

US move the date a few years ago and many services outside of US still haven't updated to new dates.
Cliff sets PFF date stamp to use US Eastern time but may not set to auto date change and/or date is old date.
