I'm thinking of installing a 3 or 4 point harness. My concern is mounting them. I know I can reuse the factory point on the inboard side, but would need to figure out something for the outboard side and the shoulder belts. Has anyone done this, and if so, what was the solution?

Belts I'm looking at:

The lap belt part should be able to use the stock lap belt mounting points. As for the shoulder straps, you'll need to make a mounting point on the firewall, or install a harness bar.

Interesting.... looks like it bolts in? Think it would get enough purchase in the sheet metal behind the seat? Where would be a better place to mount-- on the flat part on the top of the firewall, or down more behind the seat?

About 6" below the shoulder.

It goes on the outside.
