i know someone will know. where the lever connects to the transmission to **** through the gears, there is a square electronic bok with 2 13mm , bolts holding it to the case, 2 plugs plug into it, what is that thing called? reason i ask, is it seems there is a little "breather" one way valve on it, well mine broke off. can any body help put a name to this thing? where can i get a new one?

According to my GM service manual that`s called the transaxle range switch or as below neutral safety switch.
