After spending a couple months in the body shop, the Black Top Racing '88 Fiero GT is done and coming home!

Full panel-off paint job, Dodge Viper Bright White.
Sage Chin spoiler.
Mustang style Decklid vent.
Real IRM side scoop rocker panels.
Shaved the antenna hole.
Shaved the wing holes.
Over the roof scoops.

More updates to come.

True. The one that we Plasti-Dipped Orange was an '86 and actually kind of a piece of junk. Bad transmission and totally rusted out underneath. Even welded in a new passenger side floor just to get by for a while. But we decided to bite the bullet and find something really special. The one that we're posting about in this thread is a low mileage '88 that we found in Florida in really really really good condition.

Got the Fiero back to our shop and starting to round up all the pieces to do a successful re-assembly!

Also, getting the tail lights prepped for a Mike Orzel refurbish!

I'm nervous about those tail lights.... I really hope they are worthy of a project like this.

Also, what's the plan for the quarter windows? Do you have new OE set, or are you going to go with something else?

We'll give you a closeup of the tail lights when they come back to us next week. We expect them to be impressive!

For the quarter windows unfortunately we can't find any available that are OE so we're sticking with some tinted reproductions for now. It would be cool to find a set of good OEM ones, but have you seen any?? LOL

I think I may know where a pair could be purchased, probably not cheap though! If you are interested, drop me an email. (Current email is in my profile)
