889 bulb (25w 540 lumins)? Is bright
and hot. Many sells this for low beam HL and fog/driving lights. Dim lamps mean old bulb, wiring problems or both.
MANY sells LED ones to replace 50w bulb and are very bright...
LED here should Not be brighter the 889 bulb because too bright can blind other drivers at night.
Too bright can be stopped by cops same as dim/dead bulbs
color temp above ~4500°K often makes red look pink to purple can get attention by cops too.
