Back in 2007-2008, I did the 4.9/isuzu swap that is in this car for Blackrams.
Then in 2010 - I helped Blackrams with all the chassis reinforcements for a roadster build (this car was supposed to get a pantera roadster body).
In 2013/2014 Blackrams downsized his Fiero fleet and sold 3 of his Fieros (88 T-top, 88 w/4.9, 88 w/3.4 pushrod) to a mutual friend in Lexington who put them in storage. This mutual friend got into hard financial times shortly after I came back to IL and sold the 4.9 and 3.4 cars and all his other Fiero stuff (except the 88 t-top) for $500 to a scrapper to get them out of the storage building, so he could get away from the monthly storage expense. I had offered him $500 for just the 3.4 car a month prior, but he wasn't motivated to sell at that time.
Looks like the cars (or at least the 4.9 one) didn't get scrapped as I originally suspected... and someone has painted it green, added the side bars, and added blocks/spacers to jack it up...
