You know, what idiot removes the wheels from JUST the Fiero model of that series? Of the 47 years that Hot Wheels has been around, there was NO other more common model to steal the wheels off of?

Edit to add........Watch, the idiot is on here

Probably a customizer, the wheels on those specific ones were different.

What happens is that wheel is often used on an other Hot Wheel that is worth more money so they make clones and repackage them as the more valued car. This guy just needed the wheels and may have got the Fiero Cheap as they are not of great value to the collectors.

A guy at work does this all the time that is a big Hot Wheels guy. Now he does not claim his as real and re reproductions that still bring more money. But many sell the fakes on E bay and such and make money.

This happens all the time from what I have seen. Crazy but they are making money honestly and some dishonestly.

I have seen many high demand cars get this treatment.
