Enough guys ---- Please, let's be nice to each other. Life is to short. As a member of MAFOA and our own small detachment 'The Central Virginia FIERO Owners' I look forward to seeing all FIERO owners at Carlisle regardless of club affiliation. I would like to suggest to MAFOA that a special award be created and given to the largest local 'club' attending the CARLISLE MAFOA event. Our local car shows do so and it brings us together to support the bigger events 'in mass' and when the club president receives a little recognition for the clubs supports it's a small but well received 'thank you'.

Wow, that seems a bit harsh and well frankly.... questionable? It is considered "branded"? Is there some sort of trademark or copy write? I understand it is a well known and used phrase / name, but it's hard to claim ownership to something like that. Hopefully it is just a case of using the name for a thread title to garner interest. If so, that could be a good thing, as the more to attend the better! Now if someone was to come and claim "ownership" (Which has not happened here, that I can see at least) that would be a different story all together
When we have the Daytona Show, we are glad to see the Michigan, Illinois, the Carolina's and other clubs use the name, post about it, support, and attend it. The more the merrier!
There are fewer and fewer Fieros showing up at events these days. It is important for everyone to get along, and work together for attendance.

Just wanted to post and let everyone know that Dennis was speaking out as an individual, as he is very much entitled to do, and that the Board of MAFOA, and our members, welcome everyone from any club, anywhere to attend the 21st Annual Fieros at Carlisle. We look forward to continuing to offer the same great show and look forward to seeing members from Mason-Dixon and all other clubs that have supported the MAFOA show for the past 21 years. We appreciate support through our registration as it allows the club to continue to provide more amenities, but how you arrive there is always up to you ;-)

Well you MAFOA BOD can thank Dennis for his mouth because the guy who help organize the last seven years of Carlisle will not be attending !! Thanx Dennis !! Your the man!!
I will be attending with two cars and I'll even tell ya this will prob be my last year because people like Dennis don't make it fun anymore
I can also tell ya my entrees will not be changed by someone without askin!! That's for sure !!

For god's sakes people... grow a thicker skin. So what if Dennis... or Dobey... or Cam-a-lot... or some other outspoken person says something you don't agree with. You are going to take your marbles and not come out to play? Give me a break... Cancelling a trip that you would otherwise enjoy just because some guy on an internet forum said something you didn't like?? Can we stop pouting and not get instantly offended like a bunch of little schoolgirls?? Does anyone ever take a step back and think about others in the world suffering from disease, earthquakes, war, persecution, poverty...... wouldn't they love to be in the position that their biggest problem of the day is some annoying post on PFF...?
