Would 4t60 from a 94 regal be any different than the pontiac version ?
I dont want to pull everything apart if it will not work in my 2.8.
I want to make it a one day job. Appreciate any info.

If you want to put the 4t60 on your 2.8, you will need a 91 model or older. Any newer you run the risk of getting the "e" version.
