I had these made and they finally came in. HD 10.9 grade. Center-less ground to the largest diameter they can be after measuring several castings to find the smallest diameter hole.

I had the threaded area made a little shorter because the factory bolts have a lot of threads in the suspension bushing sleeve. These will have more solid area of the bolt in the bushing sleeves.

I may never sell many of these but I have seen some demand for them.

Have you tested out your new solution for the rear knuckle looseness problem? Looks like a good potential fix

Does anyone have a suggestion for the thick washer that goes under the head?

Good to see you made these. I've seen more than a few that had boogered up ends. I've taken a few from the junkyard and dressed up the ends with a file if needed. That said, however, I placed an order for a pair. Might not need them right away but I like to have good parts on hand.

I wonder if washers of that size and strength rating are available? Probably from Grainger or some place like that.
