There are running Indys with clear title to pick from before you go after this one.

DMV here makes it almost impossible to get a replacement title, you have to establish a chain of ownership and the car has to be signed off each step of the way.

There are ways around it, any maybe it's worth it for an Indy. But I will never mess with a car without a title, unless it's a show car that I never intend to drive.
