You have NO idea! My bumper was one of them with a fitment problem, nothing major, just a little off at the center of the hood, and trimming on the cutouts for the fog lights. When I contacted them, he spent a lot of time on the phone with me going over everything. He came over in person when I had a get to gether here before Daytona last year, and had a chance to look at it.
He said I need to purchase a quart of paint in the same color as my car, and then drive that paint over to him and leave the car. He would then take the bumper and do whatever was necessary to correct it, and make it look like it was installed from the factory. He would then paint the bumper with the provided paint. Then he said that he would then drive the car back and deliver it to me personally. Now THAT is amazing, above and beyond, customer service!
