I found three Bonnevilles SSEi's in the bone yard all with HUDs and all look in reasonable condition. Anyone interested?

Is this something that can even be easily adapted to work on the Fiero? What kind of wiring harness, computer, or does it work off of the Buick ECM?

I will grab some info on the years and see if I can snap some pics when I head over there this weekend. There are threads in the forums about adapting most of the functions over. I think JScott had a good in depth one.

I would advise against the Bonneville HUD's, here is why:

First, my donor car was a 2001 SSEi.
I joined the pontiacbonnevilleclub.com forum to ask about this very question.
Due to the incorporation of the bonneville's HUD into the body modules and other functions, it would be very difficult to get the Bonneville HUD to work in a Fiero.
You can find my thread here

The recommended HUDs to use for this project are the grand prixs, from 97-03.

Don't want to rain on anyone's parade, just trying to help out.

Yes around the 2002 timeframe in general GM went to the digital bus for all the gauges. It varies among models but the analog ones are a lot easier to work with..plug and play almost. If you go with the later model Bonneville you have to understand the digital bus, (which I don't so I can't help you there).
