Hello All, Allow me to introduce myself, I am Trent Suncloud and I recently became a Fiero fanatic. I posted on here not too long ago asking about my starter as I recently had bought my first ever Fiero. I'm 18 and I never have had a big of in interest in anything like this car. I was homeless prior till a few months ago until I was tooken in by a friend that introduced me to the car. About a month after moving in with my friend, we ended up snagging an 87 Fiero Notchback for 800. I have fallen in love with this thing, and I know I sound sad kind've but I think this thing is the cat's pajamas's. Like holy cow, I love this thing more then a fat kid loves chocolate. I'll be posting pictures along with this forum granted I figure out to, but yesterday, some jerk decided to hit me as he ran a stop sign. I was wondering if you guys knew where to buy the specific panel to replace the fiberglass and also where I could sell the tires off as I'm not really into them and my uncle has a new set of rims for me. I know this entrance seems all over the place, but you'll learn as I post more, that I really am all over the place haha. I also wanted to show everyone my progress on my center console, as it was a bit trashed and it's my current mini project. I actually was thinking of making molds for the center console to give out or sell to people on here if it turns out good enough, but like I said I am 18 so don't expect perfection. Anyways, heres some attempt at photos, I might post pics if I get any response as it is as I'm pretty awkward at garnering any sort of attention at stuff I do. <IMG src="http://i.imgur.com/ZMmffcx.jpg[/img] <IMG SRC="http://i.imgur.com/E5xh0j1.jpg[/img][img]http://i.imgur.com/hwtFs8T.jpg" >[img]http://i.imgur.com/Q9wkI5b.jpg" >

Welcome to the forum, nice to see another Floridian on. You did not indicate which body panel you need for your car, tell us that and someone may have one.
Welcome. You have come to the right place to share your obsession, hobby or daily transport. Way back when I was 19 and was a broke kid from a home of very modest means, I could not afford a good used car so I started purchasing cars that were used up! My first car cost $150.00. Having very little money, I found myself working on my old 65 Chevy just about every week. My repair parts came mostly from the junkyard. That allowed me to develop some skills as a backyard car mechanic and hot rodder. Sounds like you are starting off as I did. It is a struggle but the experience helps you in the long run. I went on to build my own home and while I now have a late model car and a few bucks, I still do all of my own automotive work.

Welcome aboard the nut ship, you got to be nuts to want to drive a 25+ year old car, at least that's what everyone tells me, But for me personally I would rather have even old cars, less technology and easier to work on without $10k worth of computerized test equipment.

Well that explains a lot of your postings in OT sounding like you are a kid ! I always wonder about many of the people on here and just how old they are from some of the things they post, That said we aren't predudist against young kids here asking question about the cars,, hey we all started somewhere, although I do wonder just where some of us are when we post, mentally myself included !
As for the original poster and his question regarding parts do a search on your local Craig's List and not just in specific areas, search from the start page for your local area for Fiero as the only search thing and you will get anything related to Fiero's, its a lot easier than searching each individual area and will get anything Fiero related coming up all on one page. much easier ! Checking the forum will get you people from all over the country and for some large parts the shipping will kill you so try something local to start and then get those closer to home.
Good luck
