Picture one is between back of engine and trunk wall....the transmission dipstick goes thru the hole.
Picture two goes on the cradle ahead of the front cross member on the passenger side.

Yep I removed that one when tightening the belt on my AC compressor on my 88 from under the car.

The last picture is the heat shield where the exhaust pipe (after the cat) crosses under the frame cradle as it turns towards the back.. it mounts under your a/c unit on the cradle if you have an a/c.

I have a manual so I don't recognize the other... so you must have an auto as posted above.

Not all cars have this (my 84 didn't). The shield is to deflect radiating heat from the muffler.
On 4-cylinder engines, it protects the distributor. Not sure what it protects on V6 engine.

If you had an automatic, the hole would be punched out for the auto's dipstick.
