One of the largest shows featuring antique and classic cars will take place at McCungie Memorial park (in McCungie, Pa) on August 1, 2 and 3rd. It is sponsored by the AACA and is the 51st year that the show has been held. The shows name in PA Dutch German means the August festival. Info here: http://awkscht.com/
The show attracts hundred of vehicles and now that Fieros have achieved classic status they are welcome to exhibit here. The kicker is that its a show specifically for unmodified classics so its nothing like Carlisle or Lititz nor will it ever replace those events . It's a nice show to drive to and visit . I will be there with Paula on August 1st. and am wondering if any other Fiero folks will be there as well.

Das Awkscht Fescht has always been a family fun show. It can never replace the MAFOA events (nor should it) but if you enjoy classic and antique automobiles thrown in with music, a large swimming pool and some craft tents it makes for an enjoyable summer day out. A visit there really shows you how different Macungie and Hershey AACA shows are. They always emphasize the older classics and orphaned defunct brands that are 100% completely stock. That's certainly not indicative of most the high energy Fiero people that just can't leave their cars stock.
