I have an idea to interest more young people in our cars. Do we have a member here who is good at designing video games? Why not design a video game that features Fieros racing against each other and also features the ability to swap different motors into the car and then race it against other Fieros in the game? The game would have to be able to change the horsepower of the swapped car depending on what engine was swapped in.

There were some Fieros available in some somewhat current popular games, like Forza I believe. They may have been add on modifications to the game. There are some younger folk getting into Fieros, what we really need to do is treat them well, and not blow off Fiero newbie questions. Help them know what may need maintinence and help them source parts. I think Whats holding them back in part is you can buy bolt on performance parts for Hondas about anywhere. Fieros take a little more injenuity. Mostly they just need to drive a Fiero, most will be hooked like we were

I remember a lot of GTA mods for pc games.

As well, there were some for Need For Speed, but they must be so old I'm not finding them in Google Searches.

As for getting younger people interested in the car, I think the problem is that people like the way it looks, buy one, beat on it until it dies & then call it a pos, or tare it apart, abandon the project & then scrap it because it was cheap. I don't know that a video game will change that.
