I know where you're coming from. I need to replaced my TCC solenoid... the solenoid itself is $30 with $5 shipping. The gasket for the trans pan is $2.50 with $8.50 shipping. Ridiculous!

Yup, sometimes I can get things cheaper locally, or via Amazon. It pays to shop around as Rock Auto shipping can make things more expensive. BUT with that said, my local store may charge shipping if they have to special order something... argh... and they wonder why people shop online
