Sorry for the poor image.
Spotted on 394 this morning. The other distinguishing features other than non stock wheels and the louvers is the decal on the side of the spoiler, it said Tech Four 2.5. Which tells me this must have had the dual pipes added, (they do extend farther than stock as well). Oh also Fiero mud flaps, and a license plate frame, I coudn't tell what it said though.
Wonder who it is?
