I'm honestly not sure, It was one of the 1st things i bought for this project. And no sorry, you'd be better off just buying one from ZZP lol

Fun fun, Matt, good work!
Are you going to look at a different coupling for the cross-over pipe or try to somehow make that cut flange work?

Looks great! Guess the trunk will RIP huh? I was going to mount my Turbo over the Transmission with an F body intake... Great progress though, I can't wait to start on mine again... Also I put a double roller chain on mine but, are you keeping the tensioner? Mine seems to have a little slack so I'm keeping the tensioner...

I didn't even think it was possible to keep the
dampener . You don't want to do that.

Trust me I didn't think so, saw a couple GP guys talking about keeping it. It seems it would wear more but, its not that tight....

That alone will increase the "fun factor" tenfold. The engine you're swapping in might help as well.

It's not a belt...
When people put in big springs the dampener is usually what breaks then it takes out the chain.

Carbon, it should be ok, but ill think about it for a while, I still have way too much to do, there is no way ill get this done before July, I don't think.
about the chain dampener, all I can tell you is that my chain is tight, no slack. Not overly tight, but tight like it should be. no way or reason to use the dampener.

Just curious... What does this accomplish?

It's a requirement when you install a double roller timing chain, and a thicker timing cover gasket, for clearance.
