Hi Just a quick question - I am going to replace the door pins on my 87gt also along with rodneys roller repair kit so that the hinges are completely overhauled.

my main question is the top hinge does the pin go in through the top of the hinge or from the bottom - upwards
or does it matter from which way in goes in ?

Any opinions are always welcomed

I believe the top hinge has the pin come in from the bottom. There is a little clip/flange that keeps it from falling out.l Otherwise, you can't remove the pin if it is put in from the top.
