It came out of my 86SE. I understand that my car is not a GT. However is this considered a GT steering wheel? It has the leather wrap. I was thinking of selling it as I installed a Grant wheel. I just wanna make sure I list it correctly. Also any ideas as to what it might be worth? I know it's, "what someone will pay", right?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! TY and have a great weekend!
Andrew

Nope. GT wheels are the 3-spoke leather wrapped ones. Yours came on '86-'87 SE's only (leather wrapped, that is). This same style (but just plain foam/plastic) was also on '87-'88 coupes & '88 Formulas. I believe the leather was an option on the '86-'87 SE's, so I guess the plain plastic one was also available on those years as well. But definitely the leather wrapped ones (like your picture) were only available on '86-'87 SE's.

**edited to add: As far as values go......if the leather is in good shape (not ripped, torn, faded, shrunk, ripped stitches, etc.) and the horn paddles are in good shape (looks like they are) then you should be able to get $50-$75 for it. For a super quick sale $40 would get it sold in a hurry.

Ahh I see now. TYVM MrFiero for the help. I really appreciate it. This way I know what to call it when listing it.

TY, for your vast cornucopia of Fiero knowledge!

Interesting trivia is that the 89/90 prototype was rocking one of those. They probably started with an 86 SE to create it?
