What does a Fiero need to be registered in Washington?

I have a SCIII swap in another state.

Just a title from another state and about $75. They are all over 25 years old, so no emissions test needed.

I registered my turboed rebodied 87 when I moved to Washington from Idaho. They didn't even look at it. I had to bring in my title and registration, or maybe it was just the title. Ask DMV, they'll tell you what you need. I was so relieved, my turbo kit is only made for off road use.
