I have seen the car in person several times at C&C here in Houston. Ill tell you what I think about it through PM if you want.

Don't know if it's a one-off version, but here's a similar one that was posted in the mall a year ago. There used to be a small outfit, I think in Arizona, called Kingdom Customs, that made some.
