I just wanted to say I found a material for headliner at wal mart the entire piece was 83 cents it looks awesome

Welcome to the Forum! The headliner material is available many places, and that is lucky for us.....it would be hard to duplicate.

Does it have a foam backing?

Hancock's Fabrics and Jo Ann's has foam backed headliner material. It is usually on sale and I got mine from Hancock's for half price because it was a remnant. I think I paid around $10 for it--my wife actually did the transaction, she doesn't trust me with anything bigger than a dollar bill. The material is good and I found excellent instructions here by using the Search feature.

I just bought a yard at jo-anns last weekend. Regular price is $15.00 a yard, but they always have 40% off coupons on the website you can pull up on your phone.
