Ok I noticed last saturday I was at a stop light and all the sudden the car goes from idling fine to idling like **** . I all the sudden lose lots of power and the car runs very rough. I take it to a friends house. He notices I lost about 2qts of oil. He puts some in the car and we change out the spark plugs, and the serpentine belt and the car is driving fine. Normal response and all. I take it out for a semi long drive today and on my way home I noticed the grunt noise again and I begin losing power and the car starts idling like **** and I started losing power all over again. Oil levels seem fine.

What could it be? I'm pretty upset right now! Plug wires?

engine, year, modifications, etc

I never stated I hated Pennocks.

Some of the members I don't like but just cuz I roll with Shuan Hammett crowd over on RFT doesn't mean I agree 100% his views about this forum.

I had something like this happen to me. Turned out to be the ignition module.
