I'm assuming he looked up the weight of the car and saw 1,200, but didn't realize that it was kg instead of pounds.
Either way, this guy is whacked. He posted the same car for sale a few weeks ago stating that it ran a low 10 second 1/4 mile.
If it were me selling a car with claims of it's weight and speed, I would be sure to document my claims with pictures/video.

Don't worry, he will post another ad in a day or so. He's been trying to sell it for about two months now.
Maybe the next ad will include the specs on his flux capacitor or a claim of breaking the land speed record.
