I am thinking of repainting my 85 SE. It is currently white, which I am happy with. That said, I am kicking around the possibility of changing it to another color too.
I was hoping that those with some custom colors on notchbacks could post a few pics, just for the sake of getting some ideas.
Is that one yours? I remember the person who owns it is a member who, they just don't post that often. It was pretty neat in person, but my cellphone I had at that time had a pretty crappy camera in it.
I've seen several Fieros around the Ogden area. If it wasn't for my arthritis and practicality I'd still have mine. I wish I would have had the chance to finish it before I sold it. I never got around to completing the GT ground effects and the wheels. I ended up selling it to someone who lived down towards South Salt Lake.

I'm a big fan of two tones on notchies this is mine
I am trying to decide on paint for a notchie now and am leaning towards a two tone. Either white over blue or white over orange are my two leading candidates now.

I have been thinking of sticking with one color instead of two tone. I currently have some striping on the bottom half of this 85 which I like, and would likely recreate when I was done.
I have been leaning towards an orange. I love orange as a color on cars, and it is not all that common (aside from the copper orange that GM and Dodge have had in recent years.)
I could also see going with a blue, but it would have to be a fairly bright one, sort of like Subaru's WR Blue.
My fall back would be a candy red. If my DD Charger was not red pearl, I might choose a candy red first.
