Good news.,.I finally found that pesky coolant leak.
I would love to fix it today but I don't have a p/n for reference . It's the hose that goes from the straight steel pipe on top of the water pump to heater outlet. 85 GT, V6, has A/C. A known good brand would be great. AC Delco, Gates, Good Year, etc.
I know the Fierostore has them at $12.95 but I would like to take care of it today.
Thanks, Kit

Bonaduce, Thank You for those numbers!
The GM p/n worked fine and I was able to order a hose for 19.95.
The fit wasn't perfect though. Not your fault of course. I had to bend the hose a bit to get it to fit. It was definitely the hose end that goes to the water pump. It had a split in it where it's clamped to that straight pipe that comes off the waterpump. I was assuming the water pump was somehow leaking. It's pays not to assume!
Thanks again! Kit
