Do the lines for the front brakes have a different i.d. than the lines for the rear brakes. Any response appreciated.

replaced all the lines on my 86' this spring with a stainless steel kit from the Fiero Store,
as I recall they all were the same diameter.

No. Most automotive and aircraft brake systems transmit pressure, but very low volume. 3/32 inch inside diameter is typical.

The line under the car is larger than the lines at each wheel. I made a thread a while back about brake line sizes and fittings, I'd pull it up but I don't have access to a computer right now (phone)

Metal or rubber lines?

Metal lines are the same on all four corners. Line running from front to back is larger.
