Thinking about doing a rear upright swap on my car to make the outboard cv shaft bigger and hopefully stop breaking axles.

Doing so will cause me to have 5x100mm front pattern and 5x115mm rear. Been looking at rims with both bolt patterns available, in 15x7" or wider. Came up with the AR883 Maverick rims 15x7.

Wondering if anyone has used these rims in either anthracite or chrome and has pictures available? If not could a photoshop type person put them on a GT body to see how they look?

Thanks if you can help.

Post it here about your request for the PS guys to comeback to PFF. Sometimes it takes awhile but they do a great job.

we had the same type issue in the 80's with 2.2. mopars.. we drilled out the c/v and splined it, and used a stronger shaft and 2 c clips to keep the shaft from moving into the c/v "joint" or out..
never broke another..
we did rip the spines out of one hub tho...

Upright swap is easy enough fix, just picking the right wheels, with availability of both bolt patterns, and keeping them lighter or same weight as the stock 15s.
