Camber is adjusted at the strut/knuckle with the 2 large bolts.
Caster is not adjustable.
Toe-in is adjustable by changing the length of the front lateral link that runs from the cradle to the bottom of the knuckle. The other lateral link (rear) is not adjustable.

They're called "toe links". I have a spare pair boxed and ready to go (from a sale that fell through). $40.00 shipped and that includes a pair of lateral links already in the box.
