I think that is what they would be called? Maybe rear tie rods? The parts in the rear that have thread on ends and adjust the camber.

Camber is adjusted at the strut/knuckle with the 2 large bolts.

Caster is not adjustable.

Toe-in is adjustable by changing the length of the front lateral link that runs from the cradle to the bottom of the knuckle. The other lateral link (rear) is not adjustable.
