This unit cost $63. I has a gas cylinder less than a month old. All the parts, bolts etc. are with it, except the instructions. It mounts on the left side. Changed back to original torsion rods, finally found the one's made for the wing(white). This strut works great. Make offer.
Would like to trade for '87-'88 timing cover(the one that doesn't bolt to the pan).

Changed back to original torsion rods, finally found the one's made for the wing(white). This strut works great.

I would suggest that you keep the strut, If you ever raise the lid up in the wind, You will appreciate what I'm talking about
