the photographer did not create the subjects, but did create the images. the photographer managed composition time and light to make these images. many of the subjects were created by people, though not mindfully of the image from above, and some (like dubai(sort of ostentatious/tacky imo, but...)) were deliberately constructed with the view from above in mind. but is a picture of a pretty girl or a flower art? is the orderly arrangement of tones from a guitar art?
