Now that doesn't scare me, want to know what scared me, while not Halloween related a few years ago we were raising a couple of steers for the freezer and Melanie went out to feed one night and came back in and said, get your boots on and grab the Maglite. so I did and went out to see one of the steers that had some nice size horns with his head stuck in one of the plastic 55 gallon drums we used as dog houses for the Great Pyrenees stock guardians we had in that field. we had moved the dogs to another field and forgotten to move one of the barrels because well that field already had some in it for them.
So here is that 1,000 lb steer running around swinging its heed from side to side, trying to get it off while Melanie and I are trying to grab the barrel and get it off its head.
wish I had a picture but don't because we were more worried about getting run over by the steer than getting a picture.
But Amanda was Princes Lea yesterday.
