At work we moved our servers to a data center with WAY more rackspace and bandwidth then we need... its a tier 4 datacenter, (pics avail upon request) and we are looking to offset some of the cost by leasing out unused rack space / bandwidth...
we have 2 100mb WAN drops, dual 20amp circuits, generator and battery backups (unlimited runtime on natural gas, 2weeks on diesel tanks), comcast and level3 backbones. currently we are using less then 3% of this bandwidth... can offer dedicated IP or if you just need a few ports we can work that out and save a few $.
we put 2 powerhouse T710's dual QC 2.4ghz xeon's with 32gigs ram, 2TB storage each (easily upgradeable).
can also co-locate your current 1u, 2u or 4u server.
