I have seen the Jackal with Bruce Willis a dozen times. One thing that has always bothered me about the dodge caravan or whatever model Dodge/Chrysler minivan it is you see shooting out the tailgate window is I have never seen a minivan with a window that goes down, in the tailgate.
Is this just made for the movie, or was it an option? It can be seen here in this clip at 1:20 it is quick but you can see it is a window inside the full window of the tailgate.

I think one of the reasons they stopped having the window move is they found out exhaust came back into the car. Ya wonder why kids were quiet in the back?

At 1:29 you can see there is no trim or seals for that to be a factory window. That is a 1995 to 2000 interior and rear hatch and the Caravan, Voyager and Town & Country are all similar. I have never seen anything close to that.
Kind of an odd choice to go through all that work when they could have just used an SUV or other vehicle to do the same thing.

I noticed that as well and but hey I think dodge gave them the cars that they used in that movie so they modified them to fit their needs. I agree it would have been easier to get a suburban or any other number of SUVs with a tailgate that the window dropped down in.
