Anyone know where I can find it or help me find it?

I watched it while I was traveling but can't remember what station it was on. It was an a longer 'episode' that talked about how expensive it was, I believe from one of the nightly news programs.

No--can't help, but maybe it's mentioned in the thread below--I didn't re-read it.

Wind energy is a no-brainer. All it would take is 144,000 offshore wind turbines from Maine to Virginia to produce one-third as much energy as the United States will require. And the peak generating time for offshore wind energy coincides with peak demand during the daily time cycle.

Repeat after me: Wind energy is a no-brainer. Just 144,000 offshore wind turbines..

ONLY 144,000.
And to put that in perspective, according to GlobalWindDay, as of Jan 1 2012, there were only 199,064 turbines spinning globally that generated commercial electricity.
