Here it is after installing these after-market components. DNZ PRODUCTS Game Reaper Mounts--The base is one piece and attaches directly to the receiver. NcSTAR Ruby Illuminated Rifle Scope 3-9x40E--The reticle is illuminated with adjustable brightness. Green Mountain 18" SS Bull Barrel--No rust! It will handle many more rounds before loosing accuracy because of heat distortion. ProMag Archangel Adjustable Stock--Fits OEM receiver and bull barrel very well, also has a storage compartment in pistol grip. Alangator TriMag Triple Magazine Coupler--Three of these and nine Ruger 10 round mags=90 rounds before reloading mags. Butler Creek 50 Round Hot Lips Loader 10/22--Attach a Ruger magazine, dump in some shells and crank the knob. (not pictured)
I am going out today to sight it in. The Archangel Adjustable Stock has a V-block in the forend that adjusts, via an allen screw, the tension on the barrel. The V-block can also be placed in three different fore and aft positions, adding to the number of rounds I'll need to fire to find the most accurate setting. I have plenty of Federal, Winchester, and Remington 22LR rounds on hand to see which is most accurate in the 10/22. I have already discovered that Remington's shells are the least accurate in the Henry 22 lever action I have.

Best 9 shot group so far. Target was at about 70 yards. I think with a bench rest and a little more tweaking I'll should be able to get >1" groups at 50 yards. The grid on the target is 1/4".
Yup, those look like Tech Sights. For open sights, they can't be beat. At one point I owned 5 10-22's and replaced the crappy factory sights with Tech Sights on 3 or 4 of them. I've only got 2 right now, one decked out like an M1 Carbine and the other set up for Appleseed shoots (google if you don't know what it is).
10-22's kinda suck as outfitted from the factory, especially new ones, but there are just so many friggen aftermarket parts for them. Like yours, many of the heavily modded rifles end up with just the receiver as the only original part.
If you aren't doing so already, look up techniques for using a sling to improve and steady your grip on the rifle.

'original sights' are aftermarket sights.
Original rear is on the barrel. Original front is remove or like is covered by new front... New front uses a band around the barrel. (PhotoScape to boost "backlight")

This is my old 10/22. Yes, they are tech sites, the gun was set up for appleseed shoots. I really like whats its become, it was everything I wanted to do. I put about 30 hours into the receiver and trigger group. PS the 84 runs
Edit, this is an older 10/22 running all metal internals, metal band and a walnut stock. New 10/22's suck. If you ever get rid of the trigger group let me know and I will buy it back.

Ogre, yep, I was aware, which is why I mentioned 'tech' sights.
87antuzzi, the Appleseed shoots are exactly why I'm interested in the sights. My (older all metal) 10/22 is largely stock, except for an extended mag release and cheap scope, which I'd like to put the tech sights on in place of.
I've been to an Appleseed shoot, great program! Yeah, earned the patch, but only by a few points. I'd like to do it again, with a more solid score.

The tech are awesome in the appleseed but in all honesty the 10/22 has a garbage trigger from the factory, re working it can and will a better score along with a super buffer.
