I just bought a GoPro camera.

The video it makes is stored as a MP4.... I need to find a good conversion method for those videos.

I have MS-XP.

VLC does a fine job of playing many video formats, including .mp4 on XP, and is a free download.

With the right plugins virtualdub should be able to do it. As should ffmpeg

Google 'Any Video Converter'. Excellent programme, free, and always being updated too. The format is very easy to follow...must be; I use it all the time

I have always used either handbrake or ffmpeg, but i have never wanted to convert TO wmv....
