+ for avengador1 for his effort at free speach.

Good idea, let's bash the moderator for trying to enforce the rules on his own forum. BTW, its censorship, not sensorship.

Obama keeps promicing all students HES going to help them with lower costs...yet they keep rising anyway. Ive never heard him specify either state or private schools. All Ive ever heard is hes lowing the cost of education for all students. He cant, just as you say, but students apparently believe his bull sheit. He just tells them fairy tales to get their vote.

Here are some of the promises made by President Obama:

Student Loan Debt
The Administration’s “Pay as You Earn” plan expands income-based repayment to enable 1.6 million students to take advantage of a new option to cap repayment of student loans at 10 percent of monthly income — an option that student borrowers can begin to use at the end of this year.

College Affordability
To keep tuition from spiraling too high and drive greater value, the President has proposed reforms to federal campus-based aid programs to shift aid away from colleges that fail to keep net tuition down, and toward those colleges and universities that do their fair share to keep tuition affordable, provide good value, and serve needy students well. These changes in federal aid to campuses will leverage $10 billion annually to help keep tuition down. The President has also promised to cut tuition increases in half over 10 years.

Doubling Investments in Pell Grants
The President has raised the maximum Pell Grant award to $5,635 for the 2013-14 award year — a $905 increase since 2008. The number of Pell Grant recipients has expanded by 50 percent over that same time. The Obama Administration’s investment in the Pell Grant was enacted in the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010, which ended student loan subsidies for private financial institutions and banks and shifted over $60 billion in savings back to students.

Community Colleges
President Obama has promised to create 2 million more slots in our community colleges so people can get job training. Building on President Obama’s American Graduation Initiative, the Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training program invests in community college and industry partnerships that will provide more Americans with the skills they need to enter and succeed in the work force. The Obama Administration has already committed $500 million to develop programs that provide pathways for individuals to secure quality jobs in high-wage, high-skilled fields including advanced manufacturing, transportation, health care, and Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) — and another $500 million in grant awards will go out in September. The Administration will invest an additional $1 billion in this initiative over the next two years.

The Real Scoop on Papa John's and Obamacare
Reading what has been written about statements I made on the effect of the Affordable Care Act on our franchisees reminds me of a quote from Lewis H. Lapham, former editor of Harper's magazine: "People may expect too much of journalism. Not only do they expect it to be entertaining, they expect it to be true."

Many in the media reported that I said Papa John's is going to close stores and cut jobs because of Obamacare. I never said that. The fact is we are going to open over hundreds of stores this year and next and increase employment by over 5,000 jobs worldwide. And, we have no plans to cut team hours as a result of the Affordable Care Act...
