No.....our young people don't need to know anything about that kind of BS. They may actually graduate from college and become leaders one day.

I don't see the problem.
I also don't see a problem with ROTC.

My oldest was in the JR ROTC in high school and went to that years ago and found it very informative.

Honestly it wasn't a cop-out, as i don't have the proper words to do it. I just 'know' its bad.

About all i can say is that anytime the federal government gets involved with 'educating' our children they are only there to push their 'good little citizen' agendas.

Do you think that government-sponsored leadership initiatives for students are a recent development?

I didn't go to government ( or religious ) controlled schools. So i was not subject to their propaganda and programming.
