Just finished an interior re-do today actually. Fixed the console which was delaminated and added new carpet. Repainted the floor pans with POR-15. Polished all the plastic gauge covers as well as general seat maintenance (removal, clean-up and lubrication of the sliders).
Also repainted the boot area and front tyre stowage area with the POR-15.
Am ready to install all new relays for the lights as well. Got the generic 5 pin relay for the isolation. Slapped some brand new Riken Raptor 215-55-16s on the car (from Summit) last week.
Still have my 86 GT, although I don't do as much with it anymore as I used to...it spends a lot of time in a storage unit. I got a bit burned out on car shows. I'm a member of Midwest Fieros, based in Omaha, NE.

Still have the 88 coupe with 88K on it. Just put on new tires cause the old ones were way past expired but still had good tread. Really should drive it more but our other car is more practical.

Currently? No, I sold mine this last January. I would like to get a auotmatic one within the next 3 years though. I'd like to have one for my daughter to drive when she gets old enough to learn.

Out of the 6 I've owned, I would like to know what happened to the choptop-targa I possessed for a few months....
I've still got it, it's hiding in my garage waiting ever so patiently for things to fall into place. Should be ready to start really working on it next summer, but who knows how long it'll take to finish it....

Yep! Love it. 86 SE Coupe 5-Speed with red indiglo gauges. I keep it garaged and under car cover and I take it for a spin only a few times a year. I'm the 2nd owner of the car since it was driven off the showroom floor. It has 102K miles on it.
My plan (after things slow down in my life) would be to covert it to an electric-power Fiero.
I currently own a Formula. It is "rear end up," and waiting for me to undo the cradle to get the 2.8 out. I have some thoughts as to what's going in, but I've got four school aged children....

Beautiful ride ya got there. I wouldn't even buy it--I'd make ya keep it.
Thank you so much, for the kind words. I never consider a car or bike as an investment, or a status symbol; but rather as artistic expression, a kind of escapism, a magic carpet that can, by riding or working on it, transport me to the outskirts of nirvana.

Well, I guess I qualify as a current Fiero owner, I've had up to 15 at one time, all 88s, all notchbacks. Down to 6 and I don't let them near each other, they breed ya know. Regardless, I have six notchies, if I remember correctly four of them are Formulas and two are coupes. Doesn't really matter to me, only one has the OEM Stock engine drive train. Here's the list
Someone should really consider relieving me of this load. No, it ain't gonna be free but, I would let three or four of them go for the right price. ------------------ Ron The key thing is to wake up breathing! All the rest can be fixed. Have never owned one, joined this site when I thought I was going to be buying one but the seller backed out of our handshake-deal hoping someone would offer him more $$ then I did (then called me two weeks later telling me he'd "decided" to sell it to me after all. I told him to piss off). I have no immediate plans to own one although a Fiero is on the short list of cars I might buy for my son to drive next year.
86SE Getrag. I will likely sell it sometime in the near future if I ever get around to it. It's in great condition but I just don't drive it much anymore. But I don't seem to motivated to get rid of it either.

I intend to own another, but the "soon" part is a little suspect. We'll see. I have have a wife and 4 kids, none of which have went to college yet. >>>Insert excuses here.<<<

My 88GT T top, I have not driven in two years. It runs, just not legal. My 85 Jeep CJ7 Laredo, I have not driven in two years. It runs, just not legal. My 95 Searay 70hp pleasure boat, I have not taken out in five years. I am just too busy and cost for insurance, registration, and yada yada is not justified for the little use they would get. Fiero related events. Life has gotten in the way of them too much. I enjoy them, and the people, immensely and have shown up if only for a few hours. Scheduling difficulties are culprit. I am still not sure if I can make this year's Round Up and can only wonder if I can make this year's Ruckus (being held twenty eight miles from my home).

In the middle of a DOHC swap on my 86 SE, and have 2 coupes, but they have been demoted to parts car status. Maybe I'll get that new engine started this weekend...

I have almost three right now: - stock 86GT Auto, which I bought off a member of this site back in 2005 - 86GT getrag that's in pieces - 84SE race-ready for chumpcar (well, once I get the wiring harness back in)
The auto is leaking transmission fluid and I haven't had time to diagnose/fix, so it's been sitting I even considered selling it (along with a couple other cars) just because I don't see having time to fix it anytime soon. My fiancee told me to keep it I do miss driving it. Used to be my daily until a few years ago when I got a job where I can walk to work. Fired right up when I tried it last week Made me really want to go for a drive.
Still have my original 87GT, have gone thru a couple of others since then but its still here, alive and kicking ( and in bad need of paint and a new roof )

First let me say I'm glad owning a Fiero is not a requirement for this place. We would lose too many people who make this forum what it is(a meeting place for friends). I have an 88GT with a 3800SC,4T60E and an 87GT with a turbocharged 383 small block that's in my signature (being rebuilt since 1st.rebuild blew up on the dyno.)
------------------ #1112 Question my ability,question my intelligence,never question my integrity! 87drivetrain http://fieroaddiction.com/SBCTa.html
Still have my 85 GT, it's all torn apart at the moment, just about done rebuilding the engine. Probably another 2-3 years out before it's driveable again. I'm replacing or rebuilding just about everything...

84 Indy that my wife bought me and had waiting for me when I came home from Iraq. It has sat for 3 years. A switch in the clutch pedal went bad and didn't get it fixed immediately, then I got transferred to Omaha and had no place to park it without worries. Hoping to get it back on the road this summer.
87 blue coupe that is all original and is about a 7 out of 10 in looks. Has a cracked head and just debating about getting the 2.5L fixed or putting a 3800 and 4 speed auto in it.
I just haven't had time to enjoy them in the past 4 years.

I think this has to do with a comment along the lines of "Most regular poster in O.T. don't even own a Fiero". This thread pretty much proves that a fallacy.

I've owned 4 Fieros ('85 base, '85 GT, '86 SE and '86 GT). I don't currently own one (and haven't for a few years) but I'll have another some day. I loved all of them but other stuff got in the way. My money pit currently is my '07 Kawasaki NomaGlide. I figure another 5 grand in the bike and I'll find another Fiero.

Most of my posting is in OT. We (wife and I) have 2 Fieros and attend alot of Fiero shows, etc. Sometimes we bring a Fiero to a non Fiero specific car show, also drive them for fun. Belong to 2 clubs. This past weekend put a dogbone on the 2m4 and a Stereo in the Formula.

I have several Fieros and I autocross one of them.
I appreciate the tech forums at PFF much more than O/T. Although I continue to post on occasion in O/T, I'm fed up with every second thread being about Obama and/or US politics in general. That got old a long time ago.
Second that motion. Browse down the list of thread starters and there are usually a good 7 or 8 threads that are a copy and pasted article with no comment all from the same person.
"Hey! Here's some crap that I got in an e-mail from the internet so its bound to be true!"
Yawn.
I check into General every once and awhile and see what people are building, but really don't have a lot to add to the discussion-but I'm there in spirit!

Lurking in GFC counts too.
