I think a lot is better
our nukes now default target the fish
they are no long set to launch on warning
or to target given [russian] citys
but must be reset to a target prior to launch

we are no longer subject to a draft
our armed forces are now all volunteer

could it be better sure
but it also could be alot worse

now if we could just get rid of the neo-conned chicken hawks too
