How many “cups” of coffee – -Cha Cha says Roughly 50% of Americans drink it, and among them they average 3 cups per day. Tea?
How many ounces of soda/pop - -Cha Cha says about 5oz per day is Americas average. (low?)
How many 8oz “glasses” of water -All I could find is 1 in 10 americans drink no water at all.
If you like.. how many and what type of alcohol - How stuff works says In 1997, Americans drank an average of 2 gallo¬ns (7.57 liters) of alcohol per person. This translates roughly into one six-pack of beer, two glasses of wine and three or four mixed drinks per week
Other? Cha Cha says the average American drinks 25 gallons of milk per year

I'm in the 50% that doesn't drink it.

I'd agree with that being low. I'm anywhere from 20oz to 60oz.

Probably one to five.

Probably either two to four beers or one to three mixed drinks (typically rum & coke or OJ & vodka)

I'm probably on the right pace for that, although I'm drinking whole milk, and I bet that isn't the majority.

Coffee = 1 cup a day. Occasionally more depending on social interaction, but 1 is a good average since there are some days I drink none.
Soda = Not very often. 2-3 times a month maybe. I always drink tea if available. I usually only drink soda if that's all that is offered.
Water = Very rare. Usually only with a cup of coffee if I am at a restraunt or occasionally with dinner if I don't want to pay $2.50 for a tea.
Alcohol = Rarer than water. Wine for certain celebration, and I drank a few wine coolers this summer, but not much. "I don't always drink, but when I do, I beat my wife and kids savagely! Stay thirsty my friends."
Milk = this would be my beverage of choice, if I could afford it. I love milk!

I am also in the other 50%. Two to three cups of tea.

Unless I can find Mountain Dew Throwback, zero. If I find it, the 20oz that I've purchased.

This also varies. If there's nothing else to drink. Iced tea is my beverage of choice. Been consuming mass quantities of Gold Peak Sweet Tea or Green Tea. Used to be AriZona, but I'm trying to distance myself from HFCS.

Then I've been skewing the curve, and you drink a lot more. I haven't had alcohol in years. I'm usually my wife's DD.

See above. Gold Peak tea. Occasionally chocolate milk, other than the milk in my breakfast cereal.
0 cups of coffee, A couple of sodas a week. I don't know ounces. At least 5 glasses of water a day, usually around 10... I drink a lot of water. On average probably 3 beers a day. No mixed drinks, though I bought some moonshine the other day and I'm bullying my way through that. No wine either... just not a fan. Milk.... WAY more than 25 gallons of milk a year. I usually drink a gallon of 2% a week and a half gallon of chocolate milk a week.

I'll screw up your poll with figures from a Canadian.

None. With the continued high consumption of sweet poison like Coca-Cola, America will eventually become a country of diabetics.

Always at least one, but it's a seasonal thing. During hot weather, I can be drinking water all day. When it's wet and cold, just one large glass of water (with my vitamins).

Anne and I will usually drink wine with dinner on the weekends. We'll split a bottle between the two of us when we do have wine (although I probably get more of the bottle than her). Beer is something I enjoy (one or two) in hot weather after doing something like mowing the lawn. Long gone are the days when I'd go with the "boys" to a beer parlour and drink a dozen beer in the evening. That was 30 years ago and I'd feel like crap if I tried that now.

I don't drink coffee, it makes my stomach upset whenever i do.. I drink 4 20oz soft drinks a week. I dont drink alcohol at all.. And i usually drink water.. And the occasional Redbull if im having a sleepy day.

Have you tried Almond milk? My son drinks it due to milk allergy, its yummy!! Come in vanilla and dark chocolate
I don't drink alcohol, quit on my 21st birthday. (It's a long story, don't ask.) Coffee, if it's available, I'll drink it by the pot full. Coffee must be able to stand up on it's own, if it can't, it's too weak. Water, that's the stuff used to make coffee, right? Milk? Cow and goat milk is for calves, kids and small children. Real men drink Moose milk. Yeah, I'm still working on milking a moose. Pop or as some may call it soda? Gotta be thirsty buy I won't deny drinking it just not routinely.

Like Patrick, us fellow Canucks will drive up the numbers.
4 cups of coffee on weekdays, two on weekend days.
12 to 18 beer per week, (and our beer has some oomph) And a good crock of Lemon Hart Demerera Rum from Guyana, with a minute splash of Cola. Try not to drink too much soda, and drink lots of water to flush all this bad stuff out.
Red wine frequently (good for the heart) and a few Ceasars for variety.
How many “cups” of coffee – 0 Tea - iced mostly in summer - gallon a week easy, hot in winter - 4 cups a week How many ounces of soda/pop - 4 cans a day, down from a liter in the morning alone, poison of choice: Code Red Mt Dew How many 8oz “glasses” of water - 4 bottles a day, try to match or exceed pop how many and what type of alcohol - not much recently, 2 Mikes 3 weeks ago, in the past I would go through 3 bottles on Saturday alone milk - 2% gallon a week, sometimes an extra pint or quart of chocolate fruit juices - gallon every 2 weeks energy drinks - 0 apple cider - 1/2 gallon a year egg nog- 1/2 gallon a year
It depends on what I need to do that day. Usually, 1-4 coffees (strongest stuff, least amount of water in it, milk + a little sugar) I've cut down my soda intake, but an ocassional Dr. Pepper can't be beat. A rare Monster or other 'energy drink'
I Rarely drink alcohol, but if watchin' a game(1-4 beers over the course of the event) or some BBQ-y fuinction , I'll have 1 or 2. Don't really ever touch 'the hard stuff'.
Every now and then, I'll remember I should drink water, and will drink a cup.
I'll drink a glass of milk every now and then(especially if there is a cookie or two involved)
And that's all I have to say about tha-t...

No coffee for me (I'm still too young to drink it! )
1 16 oz MT Dew in the morning ( my caffeine intake for the day)
I take a gallon size cooler when I work and can go through 2 in an 8 hour shift otherwise probably 5 or 6 glasses a day when I'm not working
I haven't drank alcohol since I left college in 1983. Never really acquired the taste for it
If I have juice in the house, I'll indulge in a few glasses in the evening.
