Only thing that comes to mind for this one is Lynard Skynard, "Swamp Music"

I'd hazard a guess that my guess is an incorrect guess though

Sorry, but "Blinded by the light" is technically a Bruce Springsteen song.

I know that, but how many of your average everyday American idiots would know this if you asked them who wrote the song. Reason: Manfred Mann made it famous. So, IMO, while it is technically a Bruce Springsteen song, its not and is a MM song, because they popularized it

Now you are just being petty. Do you know how many songs are wrote by someone other than the performer? For the record I knew this song was wrote by Springsteen, it seems to be a popular "trivia" question. In fact, every time I hear the song with a group of friends, someone has the insert their "knowledge".

EDIT, I wasn't trying to be snide and I do realize that Springsteen performed it too.

Jersey-ans (Jersey-ites?)

I gotta hand it to ya though, at least you can answer random trivia better than you guys can drive

But enough of the "Pickin' on the Jersey folk" stuff (you guys make it too easy for us across the bridge )

Who's got some lyrics to post?
